Rachel began performing at the age of 8 in school productions and competitions. She started singing lessons at the North Wales Music Tuition in 2000, where she is currently studying for her Diploma in Music Theatre.

She joined Llandudno Youth Music Theatre at the age of 13 and appeared in her first major production, Bugsy Malone and performed in all their other productions up to 2005. Rachel loved every minute of it and gained a lot of confidence and experience.

Rachel left Llandudno Youth Music Theatre in 2005 to study for a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts at Llandrillo College and gained a Distinction.

In 2006 she appeared in the Martin Barry   Friends Summer Season Show at the Town Hall in Llandudno and also performed with Quartz for the opening of the new Arena at Venue Cymru.

In February 2007 she left North Wales to work in Disney World Florida, which in Rachel's words was "an experience of a lifetime".

She is now back and currently recording her own songs and performing with Quartz again.
