Helena is an A level student. She has had a keen interest in music and musical theatre since a very early age, when she starred as Dorothy in the 'Wizard of Oz' at the age of 7!

She has been a member of Llandudno Youth Music Theatre for 6 years taking leading roles in a number of their productions. She is also soloist in the school gospel choir, and has been a member of Quartz for the last twelve months.

Helena loves being a part of Quartz and enjoys singing the "standards" that the audience's take pleasure in hearing.

The most memorable performance of Quartz to date for Helena was her first. This was for the opening of the new Arena at 'Venue Cymru'.

She says although the Arena was large the audience was welcoming and it was great to see the dance floor full all evening, as we sang along with the big band!
